Hup Soon Cheong Services can trace its roots back to 1972 where we started off as Hup Soon Cheong Transport, providing transportation services with a few lorries. As the world moved toward containerisation, we evolved and started providing container trucking services in the 1980s. For fifteen years, we honed our expertise in the movement of goods, laying the groundwork for our strategic expansion into the CFS business in 1987.

Venturing into providing Container Freight Station services in 1987 proved to be a turning point for the company. The move allowed us to bridge the gap between port arrival and final delivery, ensuring our clients’ cargo was handled with a level of oversight that only a specialist could provide. Initially operating from the F1 compound—a smaller predecessor to Keppel Distripark within the Free Trade Zone—we moved into our first official warehouse in Keppel Distripark in 1992. We continued to grow and have since become a key player in Singapore’s Container Freight Station space.

In 2008, we further solidified our "end-to-end" philosophy by launching our transport division, Steadfast Services, creating a seamless synergy between our CFS facilities and the open road. Since then, we have expanded to serve our clients by providing a single point of accountability for their most complex logistics needs. We have established strong partnerships with our customers to move cargo across the world, ensuring that whether a shipment is being deconsolidated at our station or hauled across the country, it is treated with the same care we’ve practiced since 1972.
